Board Oversight
Board members review budgets, fundraising activity, and program performance to ensure charitable resources are used correctly.
American Fisheries Society Alaska Chapter maintains bylaws, conflict-of-interest policies, and financial oversight to comply with U.S. nonprofit requirements. Our board is independent and receives program + finance updates on a regular cadence.
Because we work with public partners, we keep our organizational information visible: 501(c)(3) status, EIN 10310830, registered address 1614 Tanaga Avenue, Kenai, AK 99611-7909, and primary contact lines.
